​My name is Angela Cimen.
​
I am a Certified Breathwork Teacher & trauma-informed Advanced Transformational Life Coach, devoted to helping successful professionals find their way back to themselves. My work is rooted in the belief that healing, growth, and clarity are possible for anyone, no matter how heavy the pressure feels or how unclear the path seems.

I guide high-achieving clients through moments of burnout, decision fatigue, personal stagnation or disconnection. Through integrated coaching and/or nervous system mastery, I create the space for unshakeable focus, professional strength, and a renewed sense of purpose.​​​
My approach brings together both body and mind. Through breathwork, we work from the bottom up, using the body’s natural pathways to calm, release, and reset.
Through coaching, we work from the top down, shifting thought patterns, perspectives, and beliefs. Some clients choose one or the other, while many find the greatest impact in combining both. However we work together, the aim is the same: honest conversations, grounded practices, and creating real shifts that last.

At the center of all my work is my belief that each person already carries the ability to be resilient, efficient, authentic, and limitless - REAL.
My role is to walk alongside them as they rediscover that truth.
