I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge with clients to help them find true meaning and purpose in life, understand that the past is not their destiny, and begin the journey of becoming their authentic selves. My coaching journey is fueled by a deep passion for mental health and personal growth. Throughout my life, I’ve navigated challenges that have shaped my understanding of resilience and the power of post-traumatic growth. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the right guidance and mindset can be when faced with life’s obstacles.
My coaching approach is rooted in the belief that self-discovery is a continuous journey, not a destination. I’ve had the privilege of learning from mentors, exploring diverse cultures, and traveling across Asia, the South Pacific, and many other regions to expand my knowledge of mental health and healing practices. These experiences have enriched my approach to coaching, allowing me to offer fresh perspectives and unique insights to those seeking a renewed sense of purpose.
I love spending time outdoors at the beaches in Florida, where I find peace and inspiration. Whether it’s being physically active, swimming, or simply enjoying nature, it helps to keep me grounded.

My Background & Training
With over 25 years of experience navigating trauma and personal transformation, I have dedicated my life to understanding healing, growth, and personal development. My journey includes studies in naturopathic practice (Europe), coursework in psychology, and specialized trauma education. I have trained in trauma-informed care, deep trauma healing, PTSD recovery, and mindfulness for anxiety. I am also a certified first responder, bringing practical knowledge of crisis intervention.
Additionally, I completed the Shadow Warrior Program, where I was guided and mentored by Navy SEALs, further strengthening my understanding of mental resilience, discipline, and growth. My commitment to lifelong learning ensures that I continue to integrate the latest research and effective strategies into my work.
